Our historyOur history
Perimeter was founded in 2013 by Patrick Perreault, a digital marketing and ecommerce veteran with experience across global agencies and consultancies. From the start, the firm was built to bring rigor and pragmatism to organizations navigating early digital change.
As client needs evolved, Perimeter began working with larger, more complex organizations that were underserved by the market: too intricate for small agencies, yet poorly served by large consulting firms whose scale, cost structures, and delivery models were often misaligned with reality.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Perimeter became a trusted partner in ecommerce adoption, leading large-scale initiatives under highly constrained conditions. In partnership with the American Small Business Development Center Association, the Singapore Business Federation, and the World Trade Centers Association, we supported what became the largest coordinated ecommerce adoption program in North America.
Today, Perimeter partners with organizations to design and support resilient digital ecosystems, from distributed teams to modern B2B and B2C commerce and digitally led marketing initiatives. We now serve over 50 active clients on four continents from our office in Saint-Henri, Montreal.
